as of july 1st. in terms of the structure of those programs, some of the ideas that we have had have been, for example, how do we link our homeownership counseling organizations with other opportunities where families come in to access services? so do we need to link them up with family resource centers? so someone comes in to a family resource center for information about for example, subsidized child-care, that could be an opportunity for someone who isn't necessarily thinking about homeownership. but when they start to think about their finances in general, if it's a linkage with the school district. for example, the city has their baby bond program, so that every child starting in elementary school can have some sort of little mini ida. maybe that is an opportunity for some people to think about their finances. so i think linking in that might be more effective. talking to people and saying have a bad credit score, come in and talk to us. that is not going to entice most people to come in a tuesd

and then we took a brief break in july and in august started with some of our exercising as part of the fleet week activity and i highlight some of those here, so with the america cup's races which we had been planning for starting at the beginning of the year. three successful exercises in preparation for the first week of racing that took place in august and continued in october and as the mayor mentioned october was incredibly busy for us with america's cup and the fleet week activities we had going on, to additional exercises. we had a senior leader seminar and a disaster aid presentation on marina green. other things that took place that the mayor mentioned the bluegrass and castro street parade and a finer and giants game and lead to the playoffs and all happened on the same day so when we go we definitely go big. after those activities we had the annual shake out drill, one of the largest demonstrations of the public what their responsibilities are to be ready and we rolled into the playoffs and the world series and admiral you will be happy to know this facility is used on a reg

we started working on this project on july of 2008. we had two, two-unit buildings proposed on this site and we met with the east slope design review board, the design review board, we did a number of meetings with them, initially before they even filed the building permit. after we filed the building permit we made modifications to the design and filed with the planning commission and we were asking for a parking variance so we could keep the square footage of the building so it could accommodate the two, two-unit buildings. we were asked at that meeting to avoid doing a variance and reduce the size of the building. we have gone from 4 units to 2 units and now it's single families, we have lost over 1700 square feet, we have gone through a number of meetings with neighborhood and all that discussing the facade and the bulk of the building. . >> so when were those meetings that you held with the neighborhood. >> initially on july 28, i actually have a chronology, i can share that with you. july 28 of 2008, we meet again on august 11 of
